Invitation to make a contribution to the IPA Gōsta Bruce Memorial Fund.

The Gōsta Bruce Memorial Fund was established to support the Gösta Bruce scholarship — travel awards for student IPA members to present their research at the International Congress of Phonetic Sciences. The scholarships are distributed to students from a variety of countries, paying particular attention to applications from students whose funding opportunities are limited. It has provided part of the funding for the Melbourne ICPhS IPA Student Awards scheme.

The Fund depends entirely on the continuing generosity of members of the Phonetics community, and ICPhS registrants who are interested in providing similar support for participants at future conferences are invited to visit the contributions page by clicking here.
